Payment Policy

To facilitate the smooth running of our clinics, we ask for all consultations and procedures to be paid for in advance.

 

We ask that all initial and follow-up consultations are paid for in full at the time of booking.

 

We will also take payment for your vasectomy or minor surgery in advance, although this can be paid for in stages if required.

To reserve a place on an operating list, we ask for a non-refundable deposit of £150 at the time of booking. The balance is due one week before the date of your procedure. If the balance is not paid by the requested date, we reserve the right to cancel your procedure.

Cancellation Policy

We incur costs when procedures are cancelled or rescheduled at short notice, as the operating theatre and staff will have been booked, and our administration team will have spent time organising the operating list. However, we also understand that life can take unexpected turns for all of us, and we aim to be as flexible as possible for our patients.

 

Procedures means vasectomy or minor skin surgery. Joint injection appointments are treated as a consultation for the purpose of this policy.

Rescheduling
Consultations may be rescheduled at no charge, so long as we are notified in advance of the appointment time. ​ Procedures may be rescheduled at no charge, so long as we are notified in advance of your appointment time. ​ We reserve the right to impose additional charges for patients who reschedule appointments more than twice, particularly at short notice.
Cancelling

Consultations may be cancelled and a full refund will be given, so long as we are notified in advance.

 

If you cancel your procedure in advance of your appointment, your £150 booking deposit will not be refunded. If you have already paid the full cost of the procedure, we will refund the balance paid above the usual booking deposit.

 

If you do not attend for your appointment or procedure without giving us notice, no refund will be given.
