Deposits and Payments

  • A non-refundable £150 deposit is required within 48 hours of booking to secure your appointment. If the deposit is not received, the slot will be released.
  • If your procedure is booked less than 7 days in advance, the full balance is payable at the time of booking.
  • If you choose to pay the full balance instead of a deposit at the time of booking, this must also be paid within 48 hours, otherwise the slot will be released.
  • The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your procedure. Your procedure will be cancelled if this not paid in time; your deposit will not be refunded.
Cancellation and Non-Attendance
  • If you cancel within 48 hours of your procedure, or do not attend your appointment, the full fee is retained.
  • If you cancel between 7 days and 48 hours before your procedure, 25% of the fee will be refunded, subject to a minimum fee retention of £150.
Rescheduling
  • If you reschedule more than 7 days in advance, there is no charge for the first change. A £25 administration fee may be charged for further changes.
  • If you reschedule less than 7 days but more than 24 hours in advance, a £150 charge will apply.
  • If you reschedule within 24 hours of your procedure, a 25% charge (minimum £150) will apply.

Late Arrival

  • Please arrive early for your appointment. Late arrival may mean we cannot complete your procedure safely and may cause delays for other patients.
  • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may be unable to see you. In this case, your booking will be treated as a non-attendance, and no refund will be made.
  • If we are able to offer an alternative appointment later the same day, we will do so where possible, but this cannot be guaranteed. An additional charge may apply if we incur extra costs.
If We Need to Cancel or Reschedule
  • On rare occasions, we may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. For example, due to unexpected clinician unavailability due sickness.
  • We will inform you of this as soon as possible and offer you alternative appointment.
  • If we are not able to find you a suitable appointment, we will refund all fees paid for your appointment
