She previously held a governance lead role within theatres at Northumbria NHS Foundation Trust, where she was responsible for maintaining clinical standards, safety processes and theatre compliance. This experience underpins her meticulous approach to patient safety and procedural standards.
At Northern Medical, Anne scrubs and assists during procedures, ensuring theatre-level organisation, sterility and patient care throughout. Her background in surgical nursing allows procedures to be delivered in a structured, well-governed and professionally regulated environment.
