Emma graduated from Leeds University in 2009 with a Maths and Management degree.
From there she joined the Boots UK Graduate Scheme in Birmingham. She led a number of medium and large high street and edge of town stores with a 6 month secondment in loss prevention. In 2015 she moved to Marks and Spencer as a Store Manager where she led teams of up to 150 colleagues.
In 2018 she relocated back to the North East and in 2020 moved to Area Management for a Technology company. In 2022, she opted for a career change to support her family and moved into GP Practice Management where she met Mike.
Emma supports Northern Medical leading on operations and HR.
In her spare time, she spends time with her young family, including her son and her labrador and likes spending time socialising with friends.
